As I can see your almost done with it already and yeah with your current setup the FLASH would do wonders for your bike, and you can very well stop there. The other 2 (240, & 30T) both can wait since this upgrade is more on the maneuverability of the bike rather than performance.
But I would strongly advice that if your going with the 240 or 250 you must go with the 30T also and install them at the same time. In my experience when I install the 240 the bike maneuvers great at speed, but it began to hate parking lot speed again and the Ohmp! factor that the flash gave was lost a bit. The 30T put it all back in, and make the bike do figure 8 in the parking lot all day and make it jump out of a dead stop to 60 mph like you wouldn't believe.
