Finished removing the baffles today. I love the sound!
I basically used the OP's instructions with some improvisation when I didn't have a tool listed.
I still need to clean the holes up a bit with the Dremel, but I'll leave that for another day.
The sound made my Harley riding neighbor come out of his house to see who was making all that noise! He gave me two thumbs up then went back in!
I also didn't get any of the popping others have experienced while decelerating.
I won't be buying aftermarket exhaust for a while. The stock exhaust was always attractive to me, and now that she sounds as mean as she looks, I see no need to drop cash on the V&H I was eyeing. Yet...
The only concern I have is that I don't want to piss off my neighbors at 6:30 AM everyday...
