So I looked at this again today and the brake lines will not reach no matter what you do , I ordered the ss line but will also need to replace the one from the master to the forward control ,this line just clips on so I am hoping to find it local at a auto store .
Maby the year of the bike makes a difference for how this kit works mine is a 2011

Man what a headach trying to find a longer piece of brake hose sounds so simple , however it has to be special hose for Dot 4 brake fluid, can not use fuel line or hyd. hose the local bike shops dont even have a clue what you are talking about.
The SS line to the brake was easy to order but the rubber hose , had to purchase from yoyodyne $8 per foot needed 3 feet. coming from the east coast. so my bike still sits after at least a week, will be worth the wait with the conmtrols moved forward .
So this was not a bolt on kit as adveristized .
