True... but changing pipes leads to changing air intake... leads to changing seat... etc... vicious cycle!!!

Default Any Problems Yet With Drilling Holes In Exhaust

If you only change the exhaust no additional mods are necessary

I drilled the 4 1/2 holes and it still sounds great.

I checked out the Cobra Slipon Muffler, but the videos on youtube don't sound any better than the drilling, so why spend $250.

I may be nutty but I like the long wierd look of the stock pipes, seems like people really notice them and no other bike has any that look like them.

All baffles out would be too loud for me, unless I could put them back in for times I want it quiet like the Cobra's.

Almost a year now and still loving my Stryker.

The big difference with any aftermarket pipe compared to modded Stock is there is no tinny (as in Tin)decel .

How many of you have placed the 4-8 1/2" holes PLUS the 1/2" or 1" hole down the center of the baffle? Does it make a big difference adding that hole down the baffle?

Drilling the center hole completely out made a huge difference for me.
