High Idle issue

I just completed a few minor mods that I feel should not have affected my idle speed, but that is exactly what happened?

I swapped the stock horn for a Stebel Nautilus Air Horn, added a Ram X grip style phone mount with a USB charger and added 4 led accent lights above the engine with a flush mounted waterproof on/off button.

Tested everything electrical and it all worked great, but when I went for a spin I noticed the idle was pretty high when I came to stops? Didn't really notice the high idle when i first fired her up? (I guess because i could not wait to ride) The idle was definitely high and I ended up feathering the clutch a bit the bring the RPM's down at lights so I did not look like a moron.

I tried searching but couldn't find anything related to High idle after installing what seems to be unrelated mods?

Any ideas or help would be completely appreciated. Thanks!

The manual says possible causes are:
-Discharged batter or faulty battery
-Damaged or loose throttle body joint
-Throttle body out of sync
-Improper throttle cable freeplay
-Flooded throttle body

In my opinion, I'd take a battery reading (not started)then before I would check anything else, disconnect the horn, that thing draws 18 amps, go for a spin. If you have a weak battery 18 amps is a lot. If problem is still there next remove usb port from power. go for a spin. If problem still present, next unhook LED lights and go for a spin, if still high idle you know for sure none of those are your problem. I would then follow the directions for syncing the throttle bodies in the http://www.yamahastarstryker.com/22-general-stryker-discussion/305-stryker-manual.html

Thank you all for the help. While reading through the responses I realized I did something else that I completely forgot about.

When I was running the wires for the LEDs and testing connections, I accidentally blew a 10 amp fuse. There are no spare 10 amp fuses where the fuses are located, but I noticed there was a fuse labeled "back up"? I was not sure what it was related to (figured nothing since we don't have back up lights lol) so I swapped it with the blown 10 amp fuse to finish up with the install. These responses made me think about that incident and I decided to lookup what that fuse is actually for? Speedo etc...

I installed a new 10 amp fuse and fired her up and all was good. Whew!! I can't believe how something so small could have that much affect, especially when for me it seemed so unrelated?

Thank you all again for the replies, very helpful!
