Default Power Commander issue on 2011

New member here. Just bought a 2011 Stryker that has the big air kit and Vance and Hines exhaust. Bike has a power pro fi2000 on it but when I got it home I found the following connections disconnected. Any ideas why?

It was probably having issues, is why it's unplugged.
First thing check to see if the ECU is flashed. Ivan's performance sticker with a "B' on it.
If it is you don't need a tuner
If you don't have the flash get it.
His new up- graded flash do NOT need a tuner with it.

The tuner was probably unplugged because it ha problems.
Try hooking it up to a lap top instead of phone>
People are **** canning the Cobra power pro fi2000 for various reasons, one being getting the ECU flashed.
Starting point would be pull the ECU up fro along side the battery and see if there is Ivan's Performance sticker on it.

Well. That answers that. That why I canít connect to the unit? Previous owner had the o2 sensor disconnected. Should I plug it back up?

Yep. That's why the tuner was unplugged.
I don't you should plug the 02 in. Ivan's flash sets the fuel mix where the 02 normally feeds the ECU information. But contact Ivan and ask some questions. There's a new upgrade to his Flash.

Thank you! Wonder if there is a fee for an upgrade?

The upgrade is free but shipping is at your expense both ways.. also.. you can remove the Cobra completely as it has connectors that piggy back the injectors.. the O2 was disconnected as per Ivan's recommendation after the ECU flash.. I pulled my cobra after the flash and sold it.. Your bike will run just fine without the tuner.. you can even just undo the battery connections from the tuner and ride it to verify what I am saying. But you can remove the Cobra with no ill effects on the bike.
