Default Re-flash ECU

I have a 2012 stryker with slip on cobra pipes and am about to change the air intake. Would I be better off sending the ECU to get Re-flashed or getting a power commander or is both something is should consider?

Both. If u can only get one get the flash from Ivan. Ask him for a price for the power commander, he sells them too

It is under the seat. If you are sitting on bike it is on the left side of battery. It is easy to remove. Lift and unplug.

I can remove it in less than 30 seconds. pop seat off, take battery tray off, and pull it out and remove electrical connecter

Don't pay attention to Miko. He would have you taking your whole bike apart.
