L&M Clutch Cable

So my clutch cable snapped. Got lucky with where I was when it happened too. Of course needing to replace it, but not sure if I want to go stock with it or not.

Anyone ever use, or know a guy who knows a guy's dad that has used the Low and Mean Stryker clutch cable? I can't seem to find reviews on it, and frankly through previous purchases with them, I am not really impressed with the quality of many parts to price it costs to get. Not sure if I want to put the $100 on the cable.

I guess I am just desperate to find a top quality one. Don't want this to happen again in another 20,000 miles.

The ones Low and Mean sells are just Barnett cables you can order yourself. TBH, the price from Low and Mean isn't that bad but they kill you on shipping. Try talking to Shane at SS Custom Cycle. I don't remember what I paid when i ordered from him, i just know it was less expensive from him including shipping. Direct from Barnett is over $100 plus shipping. SS Custom Cycle got them to me in about 4 days

I have the Barnett cable bought directly from them and it was a good transaction. Happy with the cable. Get the Stealth series looks better and get the high efficiency cable which I think is now standard. Don't remember what I paid but I think it was around $100

Heard good things on the Barnett one but oem is working fine for me so far. key is to get the tool and lube it as well as doing a visual inspection often.

Knock on wood but 39K miles and still kicking!!

Fantastic option. Reduces clutch pull weight by like 50 percent. I'm absolutely happy with replacing my stock cable with the L&M one. I'd never go back to stock.

You could always upgrade to hydraulic. You can get all the parts for around 100bucks if you look around and have enough mechanical aptitude to run a brake line lol
