muskie Isn't there a warranty on it? Usually they start the day they leave the dealership.

RustyJake You may be interested in reading this thread https://www.yamahastarstryker.com/82...le-riding.html I know you said your battery checked good, but was it load tested, or just tested to see if it had the correct volts standing and running? Seems a suspect battery can cause all sorts of issues on these bikes. There's a few other threads on batteries and issues with the bike when they start to go.

BillyD66 Gas petcock open for starters...??

After that I'd probably consider dumping the current gas and getting new(small investment). Then check spark plugs to determine if wet/dry one or the other. Could be fuel or ignition. Check coil wires. Check that no critters made a nest in the AC and choking the air supply.

Could be something simple or could be a bear to track down. Buddy had a Raider that he was pretty sure got bought at wholesale and then powerwashed to look good. had electrical and other problems for a long time and he is a mechanic!!

New 2016 stryker won't run. Please help!

I have a 2016 styker bullet cowl that I just bought brand new from a dealer. Great deal because it was 3 years old but never bought. I have 534 miles on it and most of those were limping it home. It won't run for more than 5 miles at a time at the most before dieing. No engine lights come on or anything. Battery checked good. Took it to my local shop and they can't figure it out either. Please help!
