Can't help with the back seat. I purchased a Corbin Gunfighter and it has a little seat at the back, but the passenger sure is comfortable.
My rear rack setup is from https://www.ginzchoppers.com/ and it's rock solid on the sissybar. I have ridden across country with the rear rack installed and a bikersfriend.com bag on the passenger seat.
