Hey Gang,I tried and looked for the answers before i posted this one just so its not repetitive. LOL

I hear going 240 CII and totally sold on it. However, did not find any posts on whether we should be changing the front tire too or does that remain same size>?

REAR - 240 size pls correct me - 240/40 R18 79V TL/TT
FRONT - 120/70B R21 68H TL/TT

is the above accurate size?

Only change the front tire when it’s due to be changed. For me I seem to get about 2 seasons out of a front tire approx 14k-18k miles or so. Rear is every season 6-9k. Yes I’m a seasonal rider unfortunately, here in North East, Late April- Early Nov if we are lucky. 120/70/21 is our stock size.

Keep the front the same :)

(240/40R-18) is the correct size.

Have a blast! I wish I could be out riding. It's 38 outside right now haha!

I did not change my front tire size when I added the 240 MC-II and everything seems fine.

You can keep the front tire size the same when changing the rear to the 240. A lot of people seem to go with the Avon Cobra 240 tire and matching front. Personally I went with the Pirelli Diablo 240/40/18 on the rear and the Pirelli Night Dragon 120/70/21 on the front. They've been on about 2 months now and I've put about 2500 miles on em so far and couldn't be happier (well maybe with the air ride suspension, LOL).

Just back into it for this year. Our wet weather looks to be somewhat behind us and hoping for another great riding season. Hope all is well with you. That aging thing is inevitable, the other option doesn't allow us to ride anymore, so I'll go with the aging for now.

Still here, mostly reading posts. Watching all the bikes ride by my office everyday, so living through them when I wasn't riding.
I finally got around to changing my clutch cable. Not sure why I waited so long to do it. My stock cable was creating "Popeye forearms" on my left arm. Way easier to change than I had envisioned.
