Okay guys I added the 3" extensions today. I absolutely love the change. I took it out for a test ride and I got to say it was a big difference. I can rest my knees and lean back. It feels great. The stock mounts have to be modified with a cut off wheel on each of them to fit over the bolts. The brake side is a little tricky because you have to take off the cables holding the brake lines on so you can extend them forward enough. It's difficult if you have huge fingers like mine, but obviously not impossible. Good Luck guys!!

Nice! I'm going to be looking at those soon. I love stretching the legs out when I ride.

How were the install instructions?

The parts seem to be good. There really isn't much to them. A few new bolts and the extension plate. The instructions are great but honestly is as easy as pie. Very simple mod. It is just time consuming on the brake side because of removing the ties and cables. :)

The shift side was easy , the new shift rod was a littlle short for my confort so I removed the belt cover and moved the connector forward on the shaft/changed the angle a little to get a better fit.

On the brake side I could not get the brake lines to streach far enought , removed exaust, side covers all hose clamps and it was still to short right now my bike is in pieces , just ordered a ss brake line 4 inches longer from www.denniskirk.com.

I did ride around with just the one side done its a night and day difference for connfort, thuss the reason for tear down to make it work.

How did you streach your brake line that far safely?

You did it, by getting a ss brake line. You may just go ahead and do the front, they look so much better than the stock ones.

I removed the two small panels on the brake side so I could unclip and unhook all the lines all the way from resevoir and caliper. It gave me exactly what I needed. It is stretched a tad but hooked up with no problem. I eventually will goto a nice new line but for now its great.
