Hey Roger, I was thinking 12 ft.lbs. but 14 is right. and me and my Son had to retorque ours multiple times after initial rides before they final stopped taking up.
Thats funny cause i was thinking 12lbs also until i found my answer. I stopped buy my dealer today and there was a bike in there cause the guy over tightened and snapped it. I checked a couple of resources before i do mine.
