Would be cool but I'm sure they added the custom paint to the price which would turn me off. Because like many other, when I go looking or to buy its about the all mighty dollar. Biggest bang for my buck. Now if it had cobra pipes, intake, auto tuner, different mirrors, hand grips, and a few other accessories for the original MSRP then I would be all over something like that but we all know what dealerships like to do lol

Well of course they are going to add to the price. The dealer says he wanted to show people what could be done and if someone wanted it, they would add that onto the price. They would then have another one painted to show. The painter is just around the corner from my house and the dealership had me drop the cover off on my way home. To think I looked all around for custom painters and to think one was just around the corner.

I would like to see examples of what can be done but I wouldn't want that on a stryker that I'd buy. Of course I am assuming you'd get to pick your own design.

Looks cool. I think i am going to keep mine simple because once you all get yours modified and repainted, (Patrice), mine will look unique!

I saw a Stryker yesterday that a gal was riding here in Atlanta, she had painted it in a Zebra pattern, looked really cool from a distance, couldn't get close enought to get any pics

The only problem I have with custom paint jobs is resale. You really limit who wants to buy it if you ever decide to sell and knowing my history, I will trade it on the next best bike that comes out!

Then just wait, this painter has done some great work, and Partices bike, is on the list as son as ridding season is over here. 8)

Looking forward to seeing it when it's done Steve. I have a nephew who airbrushes cars and bikes so i have thought about it. maybe Patrice's will inspire me.

Very Nice, And I'm sure there are alot of left over covers out there where we have changed to a different air cleaner, so picking up a stock cover would be easy for resale. Very easy piece to have customized!
