AFTER MARKET SLOW

Maybe I'm not a very patient person, but I find the after market selection is slow.

I go to web sites for after market and 99% don't even have the Stryker as a bike yet. Got my Kuryakn mirrors on my bike now, but that only required a adapter bolt for Yamaha. Wanting to get my Arlen Ness grips, but nothing can guarantee if its the right fit or not.
Also wanting a side mount license plate, but again no guarantee fits. Hope Low and Mean's side plate allows the plate to lay vertically.

At least L & M is thinking about us.

So is Performance Edge. I got a call from them this morning and he let me know there are a lot of things in the works.

It was also slow for the Raider. When I first got mine I think there were only about 3-4 choices for exhaust. Now there are a number of different pipes available.

Not sure you needed the adapters for the Kury mirrors. I have the Kury Scythe mirrors on my Raider and if you cut the bolts you get a cleaner, stronger look and no need to pay for the adapters. I'll have to check my wife's Stryker to see if the same is true.

I was incorrect about this. I checked Desiree's Stryker last night and it has an entirely different mirror assembly than the Raider. It's weird. Some parts are very close to the Raider and some are way off. I'm finding the ones that are different seem to come from the V-Star 1300. When I first saw the speedometer set up on the handlebars and it's unique design I wondered why it differed so much from the Raider and then while I was at a dealer recently I checked out the V-Star 1300 and sure enough... There's the same speedo.

It's almost like they mated the Raider with the V-Star 1300 and the Stryker was born.

Arex X couldn't figure out how you did that, but now that you see the Stryker you see why I went with the adapters. Pretty cheap way of installing them and they look great. Went with the Scythe also.
Love those mirrors!!! I better I had to basically pay for them twice.

The Raider mirror mount is open at the bottom and not directly over the handlebars, so you can cut the bolt down and run it through the bottom into the mirror stem. No adapter necessary. My guess is the mirror mounts of the Stryker are fashioned after the V-Star 1300.

I can't find a close-up of the Stryker mirror mount, but I seem to remember it looking very similar.
