Air pressure for Dunlop 240 | Yamaha Star Stryker

What air pressure are you guys running in your Dunlop 240's? I put 35 psi in mine and it seems to be quite comfortable.

I'm a big guy I've been doing 40 psi, seems to ride well for me.
