I remember seeing something on another forum about being able to boil things like turn signal lense in Rit dye to get a blacked out look. And still have the light shine thru. Has anyone tried this here or have blacked out lenses by another method?

I sprayed black tinting on the inside of my front turn signal lenses last year. Worked well and light is still bright.

Is that VHT Nightshades or did you use something else 11Stryker?

I think it was VHT. The can is at shop and I am home right now otherwise I would go look. I can check Monday and let you know.
