Did a quick search and did not find anything on the forum yet about the Air Shammy. I'm considering getting one to make washing the bike easier, does anyone here either own one or used one? Is it worth the expense? Is anyone using another brand of motorcycle dryer that they recommend instead of the Air Shammy? It looks like a good price as far as motorcycle dryers go but you often get what you pay for, I want to make a wise choice.

I just towel dry mine but it rarely gets dirty enough for a wash, i have usually wiped the dust of with a wet towel and polish everything as needed. But I've only had mine for about 3 weeks so we will see how long this lasts.

I just towel dry mine too. I very seldom wash mine because where I live and the amount of riding I do it gets dirty a lot and if I wanted a clean bike I would be spending more time washing it than riding it. So A blow dryer would be a waste of time and money for me. But maybe I could use it to blow the dust of when I get home. But the dust gets blown of as soon as I hit the open road.

I use the blower / air pump from my camping air bed and this has worked the best and most economical

I use a leaf blower to dry mine also, although I don't use water often. I usually just use a "dry wash" product like Motul Wash & Shine or Bike Spirits.

I use a 8gallon air compressor to blow the water out of the nooks and crannies then shammy/towel dry. I assume the air shammy would work but it's kinda pricey.

I use a leaf blower to dry my cars/trucks/bikes after washing then. Rarely do I wash my bikes, usually just use Meguiar's Quick Detailer.
