As soon as I get mine on I will post it.
mine are 12"s with a 4" risor to clear the tank with the cluster. I should be shoulder length high. Not like this guy in the video...

Thanks again Toby, I saw a guy at Sturgis get pulled over for his apes being to high. I didn't know how high was too high at the time but I got this off your link you posted.

Handlebar Height: Handgrips up to 6" above shoulder height
Yes sir that is a Raider, nice right?
My apes are not that extreme. If you rest your wrists on your stock mirrors, that is where mine sit. Just added a little more hight. They will not get in the way of my ride around the twisties. That is what my pegs are for! LOL.

While some may love the apes, Not me. Part of our bikes draw is the stability of a lower center of gravity that the bike gives us, a little bit taller bars is one thing. But to have your hands and arms way up in the air can't be too comfy, plus it messes with the stability in the leans and tighter turns. Whomever wants them, cool!!!! But not me. Just my .02 worth.... lol. :)
I think you will like mine, they are just a little taller than stock. You will have to bring your hands inward some for a perpetually tighter grip which will improve your stability when you lean and take your turns a little tighter than what you are used to. Thus, enhancing your body position to an impervious ride.

They are bout what, an 1.5" taller than the stock bars? But, I was referring to the apes that have the arms straight up... ridiculously high apes. Bike looks great!!! The chrome version of the Baron pinstripe looks good on her, esp with more chrome. :)
My bad, I forgot we were talking about these apes?

Mikoloe i dont see anything in your images that look different from the stock bars... Maybe if you could be a bit more descriptive or may e some better images that may help but right now idk what your talking about. Maybe i just dont see it
Yeah, those pics were taken last year. I will take some new ones soon.
Please go to my profile and look a the pics.
I have to get the risers milled, they are 1/8 off center. Then I have to order the speedo and the mount kit from the Yamaha bolt about ($500). I will run new electrical wires ($60 for wire kit) all the way. I found a shop to do my throttle and clutch cables($140 all 3). I will order another brake cable ($120)that is more thin and black braided rather than have another bulky stock one.
Hangers and risers ($500)

Yeah, more than I thought ~ I just have to put my head down and do it to it. What took me so long was finding the right speedo, I don't really like what's out there. The Bolt speedo just became available to order. I like that one.
I'm going for this look!

You are right again sir, I will have to rethink this over!

WAIT!

Is that a beer mug mounted on the top of his sissy bar?
