Backrest with Saddlebag Supports

If you have the cobra saddlebag supports with a Yamaha accessory backrest fit right on or do you need another part?

I've got the Yamaha quick disconnect back rest and the saddle bag supports, everything worked fine.

I think the back rest bolts were long enough for both.
