Installed new tach on handlebar today. Can't run bike yet to check it until I get gas tank back from paint shop.

Tach looks good. I wish we could get a couple of those style gauges side by side to replace the stock instrument cluster.
On an unrelated note, do you drink a lot of that #7 as well as dress the bike in it? I ask while drinking some whiskey myself ;D

On a rare occasion only. It used to be a daily staple for me back in the mid 80's. I'm a little infatuated with the logo! HEHEHE

Can't help with that. But vtx. guys were using them. So I would think they would work on the Stryker

I really like the Spiked Speedo/Tach model but at $525 and would have to manufacture new mounting brackets. That will have to wait until I'm rich, cuz it's beyond my expertise... Oh Well one day I'll win the ******* retirement.

Not retired from Navy just served my 4 years.
Exactly as dreadly explained it. I can give you the actual link in you would like and you put it in you sig. also. I can change it to what ever branch you would like if it's not Navy.

Yes!! If you buy the same one I have you need the adaptor, otherwise it will be reading wrong RPM. Hooks into both coils and then in wiring to tach.
