When I purchased the bike, it had skulls air brushed on the airbox. I decided to continue the skull theme with the irate skull radiator cover. Overall I think it looks pretty cool, and just a fun thing.

I thought folks may be interested in seeing some before and after pictures of the cover. The cover itself is very well made, and I'm more than please with it.

Does it replace the plastic piece of crap, or did you put it over the plastic cover with a mesh behind it? I was planning on doing the cobra cover with black mesh behind...

Yes, it replaces that plastic cover. I didn't use any mesh material, but I may end up doing that soon. Originally, I was going to paint the plastic piece, but decided I didn't want to put in the effort...and spend $33 on a can of spray paint. :evil::madgrin:

OT: How do you like your solo seat for comfort?

Yes, mine came from Rich's too. The guy who does the custom covers, painted my bike.

Yep... Got a great deal, the accessories came in quick, and they trailered the bike to my house. Me and my friend both went in on the same week at Rich's to buy our bikes and delivered the same day. They spent hours with us going over the bike, and just shooting the breeze... My friend went for the V-Star Tourer though...

That might be a possibility. If it's warm enough, my friend and I were going to head out for a bit to get used to the new bikes, since neither of us have have more than "around the block" miles on them...

OT: How do you like your solo seat for comfort?

It's the Star Comfort Cruise Solo seat. Overall, I think it's a pretty comfortable seat. It has a lot of room. I like it!!

Where did you get the radiator cover? and is it a perfect fit for the Stryker...or do you have to modify it to mount it?
