Hello All, finally sold my honda silverwing to provide the downpayment for the stryker. My kids absolutely loved the wing because the seat was so comfortable. I need to provide a some what similiar feeling on my stryker for them to embrace my purchase. Is the tour seat wider than the stock pillion. Any one have input on sissy bars? I am leaning toward the short one just havent determined Quick release or not. Any input would be helpful, I really love taking my kids along and want them to feel safe and secure.

I have the tall quick release. the girl loves the taller back rest and i think the bike is ugly with a back rest on so when i ride by myself i can take it off.

I sold my Silverwing to get the Stryker also... those small tires were terrible on rough roads and I was done with it.

I bought the Yamaha tall backrest (not the quick release model) and so far my wife and the kids give it a thumbs up.

I've got the short non-quick release model and my wife absolutely loves it! She will never ride without it again. LOL! I really like the fixed model and find that it looks quite good on the motorcycle. JMO.

I have the tall back rest and the wife loves it. but we just had our first child so she hasn't been riding so i took it off cause it doenst look goo to ME when no one is on the back. YOU DEF NEED A SEAT FROM WHAT MY WIFE SAYS. her butt goes numb on the stocker
