Been searching the net for a license plate relocation kit with no good results. Looking for one where I don't need to remove the back tire to install.I saw Kuryakyn has on for the Raider but don't know if the rear fender is the same size as our Stryker?

I recommend moving the slot to come up from the bottom of the piece. That way you would just loosen the axle and drop it down, and you wouldn't have to worry about the wind pulling it off... Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't feel comfortable with it going that way.

I thought about that but I need the slot for viewing the notches in the adjustment block AND...
If my axle is so loose that the bracket could slide off in the wind then the bracket sliding off is the LEAST of my worries!.:shocked:
I'll use a good gripping star washer under the head of the axle bolt too.

You able to make extras for interested forum members wanting to purchase one? ;-)

This is almost the same thing if you want to go this route.

Yeah, I looked at many of them and they're all pretty nice and I guess you could slot the hole on any of them for installation without having to pull the axle.
Most of them are too thick for the length of the axle bolt on a Stryker or like the one pictured they are vertical.
I initially wanted vertical but since I found they are illegal in my state I have to go with horizontal.
Another primary requirement I have is that it would extend, and center aft of the rear pulley so they aren't sticking out into the next lane and most don't.

I went this route, I do not recommend it. The metal is real thin and it looks cheesy. It's just a matter of time when this breaks due to wind vibration...

I do recommend spending a little more $$ for this part. I like the one Wyntress just install but then again I like everything she has... done to her bike. I did find one a while back, it wrapped around the rear pulley. I can't find it at all now.
