Big Radius 2 into 2 Vance&Hines, Is fuel pak necessary with stock air filter

Was looking at buying the V&H big Radius exhaust for my stryker, and was wondering if the fuel pak is necessary? what would be the consequences of not using the fuel pak? Any answers or suggestions would be great

From what I have read on this site. the PCV is the most expensive fuel management system you will find.
