On my old vStar I replaced the back fender bolts with chrome bunge nuts so I could strap down my lunch, etc when commuting. Since I just bought a raven Stryker, I'd like to do the same but black. Can't seem to find them that say they'll fit a Stryker. Any suggestions?

Yup. Haven't ordered them yet but there on my wish list. Didn't check to see if they have them in black, but you do have the size now.

Hehe....good point...guess I should have said bungee knobs? Hmmmm, bungee buttons?

Anyway, unfort the ones MyLife posted are chrome only. Probably not terrible since the bolts aren't black now, but really would like black.

They don't have any metric. We need M8x1.25 bolts

Buy 3/8" bungees and then buy some 8mm allen bolts.

Good news. I emailed Bungeemate about their black posts in M8 and they said they already have plans of doing a run of metric ones in the next month or so. I just like their setup with the post and base since it gives you a couple of options for hooking or wrapping the bungees.

Good news....Bungeemate now has the black nickel plated posts in stock in M8. My set shipped out yesterday, so I'll post picks and give an update when I get them. It's been a while, but they've been great about keeping me updated on progress, etc (apparently they had some machine shop issues).
