Hello All,

I want to advised anyone from Albuquerque to refrain from doing business with Bobby Pj's Yamaha located on Menaul Blvd in Albuquerque New Mexico. Simple short.......I was advised to never do business there but did not take the advise I was given.

I left Mr bike to get my tires replaced and got my bike back with over $3000 dollars of damages on my bike. My forks, exhaustive, rims and radiators all had deep to the metal scratches.

I will add more. Have to be back in a meeting

I am furious. I told the owner and he thought a resolution is $
Code:
250 . For severe damages to both front and rear rims, cobra swept pipes has tool scratches. , front forks has deep metal grind and damage to right mirrors. I just left a shop to get an estimate of damages. The owner could have esolved this amicably but will have to pay. Sad part is i gave them my business and at least 15000 in business

There is no f'ing excuse for scratching up your bike. I tried to use a local guy to give him my business, and right off the bat he's wrenching on my bike and repeatedly BANGING his ratchet extension against my new V&H chrome pipes. I stopped him as soon as I could get WTF MAN out of my mouth. I said can you put a rag in between there??? He said, sure man....and just kind of looked at me. I thought **** man, this aint no **** plastic 4 wheeler you're banging on here. Jeez.

My recommedation would be to threaten him with a lawsuit. He's got insurance and he can file a claim.

YUP!!! they do SUCK!!!!!!!!!! when i was in the market for a bike i walk in there guys are cutting up, giggling and just walking around. i'm a potential customer and when i'm asking a guy if there are Strykers in any other color he acts like i'm bothering him. (i ended buying from R&S on Juan Tabo).

for some reason i went back to these idiots when i got a nail in the tire. i thought it would be a good time to upgrade to the 240. but they refused. every mechanic there was all scared to put a 240 on because it came stock w/ a 210. i told them about all the guys here on the forum that have the 240 (and even 250) without problems. pfff... never again

I had the Same issue. They won't sell me a 240 tire like it wasn't my choice. This was when my bike was damaged. I haven't posted any updates on matter only due to legalities that may proceed in case they don't resolve this.

I have filed a better bureau complaint on bobby J's Yamaha in Albuquerque Nm.

They will scratch up your wheel anyways like they did mine.

I have been going to Juan tabo Yamaha dealership for all my needs. People at bobby j's are rude. They don't realize that because of customers they have business. I was always nice and respectable to everyone at bobby J's. The service guy whose name I will not like to disclose was apologetic and nice. the owner sucks. I can use other words but I will be polite.

He made matters worse when I gave him a chance to resolve it. He will make it worse soon with media attention plus litigation with time if this is not resolved timely.

I am not sure how most motorcycle dealers are, but I know that there are car shops that won't install tires that are different size than stock. Costco is like this. They will only put the OE tire size on your car. I think it is a liability thing. But that is a whole other point... there is no excuse for any damage to your bike. I hope they take care of this for you.
