So I'm sitting here at work bored out of my mind. Figured I would browse through the photo gallery and I noticed that most people leave the "sissy strap" on the stock seat. I took mine off and I think the seat looks a lot better without it. So I thought to myself as so not to think to hard as to hurt myself, I would ask to see what other people think.

Never even gave a thought to the strap. It does make a good place to slide your sunglasses arm under to hold them.

Replacing the seat soon anyways. It is a good place to hold the sun glasses while putting on helmet

i use that strap every day. i tuck the bill of my hat in there while i'm riding.

Holds my frisbee golf disk, and I just used it as a tie down for a Walmart bag with wet cloths in it.

I never use mine plus when my wife rides with me she usually has a death grip on me till I get one of those high dollar detachable sissy bars for her. Lol

back when I had my stock seat it was a great place to put a hat, slide the bill under the strap and let everyone see the logo facing backwards

I use it to strap a bag when carrying things, since I don't yet have a sissy bar.
