Question for the experts . What is the little triangular area under our bikes across from the oil pan plug ??? And what is it there for ?? Curious. Thanks

Cool. I'm gonna check it out . I noticed that after a long ride I get a very thin film of oil on the pan . It never leaks but it's just annoying and I think it's definitely a high compression thing .

Yeah I think I read the same thing. It's funny that the same stuff happens to all our bikes 😆

So it's a drain cockfor the water pump .

Yours isn't seeping though, right? You were just after knowledge? I'm thinking of ordering o-rings just to have them if mine starts to seep due to age.

No I don't have any issues. Just was wondering what that spot was about.
