It does nothing unless you are at highway speeds then it does keep the bulk of the wind off your upper body, if you are looking to keep rocks/bugs, i would go with something else. I only used the boulevard because i really like the way it looked on the bike.

I was wondering if this shield, because of its size helps much or does it really just there for looks?
