I installed my auto tuner on Saturday. Went out on Sunday and road about 135 miles. Everything seams fine. The auto tuner should not blink while the bike is running according to the instructions. My stays on steady until I hit the throttle, then it will blink once. Not sure if it is suppose to do that or not. At idle and hold throttle at higher RPM'S it does not blink, just when i punch throttle for a sec it blinks one time.

Can someone check theirs to see if it does the same thing?

Mine does the same and I had the same question a few weeks ago. I e-mailed Cobra and this was the response:


Hello,

The PowrPro tuner should have a solid red light as the bike is idling. When you rev the bike, you should see the light blink. If there is no load on the engine the light may not blink because there is no need to add fuel, but when the tuner is auto-tuning, the light will blink.
