I did an oil change today on my stryker an i read in a post somewhere that once you go to synthetic you can not go back so i asked the dealer and he said no problem. He asked me what oil i was going to use i said valvoline 10/40 for motorcycles. But here is the interesting part when you buy oil it is best for your bike if it has a jaso rating because it has better friction for our clutches. So in short you might be interesting to see if your oil has this rating. FYI Mobil 1 20/50 syn dose not have this rating. One last thing i am not starting a debate about which oil is better i just wanted to in form some on this rating. Thanks and i hope this helped.
