We could do that. Maybe meet on Manteno like we did before? Or do you know of another location to meet?Head south, and let me know![]()
Fujums, a couple of us are going to be at the Rt 66 Dragstrip in Joliet on May 11th to run the 1/4 mile. Maybe you would like to join in the fun. :nod:I'm out for this weekend, but will make one of the next ones for sure.
You should have hit me up, I would have gone. Oh well, maybe next time.We ended up going from Orland to Starved Rock, and had some lunch, visited a winery, and hauled it back, as rain was coming... what a nice day!
I can meet you along the way. Let me know when and if you will be close to woodstock, or at least close to there and I may join.Right now, looks like its just BillyD and I. Billy wants to ride up to Lake Geneva area. Should be a great day. If anyone wants to join in let us know.

It was a last minute decision. We didn't leave until after 1pm. Ken and I took the wives for a ride...You should have hit me up, I would have gone. Oh well, maybe next time.
Very nice. Sounds like it was a good day.:thumb:It was a last minute decision. We didn't leave until after 1pm. Ken and I took the wives for a ride...
That's good I thought for sure you would be sleeping outside tonight. lol :biggrin1:I'll use an Aerosmith lyric as my defense: "Life's a journey not a destination..."
That said, yes, I get turned around easier than most people and no I didn't make it home at my 5:00 curfew either. Was a nice day for a ride though
Not in the dog house with the boss so I should be able to play again soon!
It was a good ride, except for almost getting hit. Oh well, at least I finally got to meet someone from the forum. Can't wait to do it again.Went up to Lake Geneva, WI with BillyD. Put over 200 miles on the bike today. Left the hubby at home at 10 am and got home at 6 pm.It was a great day riding, but I must say, never let BillyD do the navigating. He took us way out of the way and doesn't know left from right. LMAO. Sorry Billy, just had to get onto you about that, lol.
Also met up with BiggTimber and his wife in Woodstock, who led us up to Lake Geneva. Thanks, BiggTimber, it was great meeting both of you. :thumb:
Yeah, part of that was my round about way of getting to Lake Geneva. Took longer then I thought to get there. Was a nice ride through the town though.I'll use an Aerosmith lyric as my defense: "Life's a journey not a destination..."
