Looking at the diagram in the PDF, I can't tell for sure that it would, but then I haven't seen my bike with the scoop installed. Are you saying the scoop would need to be cut where the top bracket connects to the frame?

If it's two seperate pieces like the picture kinda shows, then it might work. If it connects from side to side then it wont. See if you can find an actual picture of a cobra installed on a Stryker. I know not many folks have that here.

I can't find a picture of it on an actual Stryker - but the same bars on a Suzuki with a radiator are two-pieces since they can't go through the radiator. Is there much clearance between the chin scoop radiator cover and the bike frame where the top brackets for the bars would mount if like that diagram?

Can't call right now - deployed and trying to get everything done real quick when I get back home in a couple of weeks. I'm ordering them and will put up pics when I install. Might have to trim a little off the chin scoop where the upper attachment is, but since that picture doesn't include a radiator and the pdf has two pieces, I think it's probably two pieces. It might be a tight fit, but I think it'll work.

Well since you put it that way, I called them up myself and spoke with Andre'. It's a two piece set up and the clamps on the top are more like "c-clamps and the material is thick, not like hose clamps at all".

So it looks like you might have to notch out some relief squares in the chin scoop.

Thanks for serving our country! ;)

Being that its summer time I know that the forum members are not on as much, so I think that I'll answer your question the best I can. I would return the Cobra bars. I would not be cutting the Low and Mean scoop. $300 is a lot of money to waist when you screw up the cut. I believe 11 Stryker and one other member has done this combination correctly, but used the Yamaha Engin guards. Yamaha's design is easier to mod for this combination you would like. Hopefully 11Stryker may see this post and give you more detail.

Got home yesterday and spent an hour or two in the garage getting the new stuff on the bike... The verdict: the L&M chin scoop fits perfectly without any mods with the cobra engine case guards I got. The clamp for the bars is big, but on the other side from the scoop!
