I purchased a set of these. Mounted them to see what they looked like. They looked ok but I decided they are not really for me. They are brand new in the box and come with the right mounting bolts needed for our Yamaha bikes. I did not take any pic's with them mounted.

Yeah these look like the Kury knock-offs, been waiting to see if anyone makes a knock off of the black hand with chrome heads. I've had good luck with the generic mirrors, but I'm prob going to pull the trigger on the "official" ones this week. Found them for 83 shipped.

Yup, These are the knock offs and they are build well. No concerns about issues just not really a skulls person and although they are not skulls, skeleton hands fall into that category. Just not really my thing. I originally was looking at the chrome hand with black mirror but honestly think that those would have stood out a little too much for me. That's why I went with the all chrome.

Are the arms metal? Can they be taken apart?

The arms are metal. I don't believe there is any way to take them apart.

I wonder if you could plasti-dip them black then carefully take an exacto knife a cut&peel away the hands?????
