I want to resurrect this topic to see if there are any new thoughts on these. I was looking at these as well and was wondering if :

1. They would fit with the LM chin scoop

2. Would I be able to put pegs on them and reach them for highway cruising?

Heres the link to where I saw them

Hope someone has some ideas/ experience with these.
Hey Raven, great topic and I am going to follow this thread cause I have been tossing the idea around as well but share the same concerns. In addition, I will like to know if anyone has them on a lowered Stryker and if they interfere or grind when turning???

Yeah I'm looking into lowing mine as well. Not for the flat foot issue but for looks and ride comfort (progressive)

Hopefully we get some feedback.
Yes sir, I have just loved the way they look as well! And for the highway pegs, I think it will be awesome!!! Hopefully someone speaks up!!!

As far as I can see, all three are different.( But then again the photos are of different bikes) The yamaha have a cross bar on the bottom and the Cobra's bar crosses over at the top. Both could not be used if you are using the Low and Mean spoiler. The ones sold by JP Cycles, look like they are in two sections. Similar to everyone who bought the Yamaha ones and cut them. I'm guessing that they would work with the L and M spoiler, but until someone actually pulls the trigger, we won't know. My guess is any of these will scrap if you turn deep enough, but then again so will your pegs.

Well to answer my original question, NO these can NOT be used with a lightning forward relocation kit. After doing some research, the way these bars are installed require original foot pedal placement.

Well takes care of that option. Gotta go find another!

Bringing this topic up since I did a mod today. Currently running the Vance and Hines 2 into 2 Big Radius Exhaust and as stated above, it did require a bit of extra thought to get the bars on. I ended up going with the Cobra Boulevard Highway Set in chrome and love the finished look. Pictures to follow but here's what I ran into. The exhaust requires spacers to bring your foot controls out from the frame by about an inch. The way the Cobra diagram showed to mount involved the highway bars on the outside of the foot controls. This created a problem since they were spaced way out and did not allow me to attach the upper mounting clamp. My solution was to utilize two standard washers next to the frame, then the Cobra system, then the spacers and finally the foot controls. With this setup everything fit perfectly and matched up just right. Also should say that the bolts that came with the Cobra are too short on the exhaust side if you're running a setup like mine. I ended up going back with the bolts I used from the Vance and Hines kit and just added some more loctite for peace of mind. Pictures to follow........ 8)

First off, does anyone have these? Second, would they interfere with a Lightening forward relocation kit? Thirdly, how do they look??

Thanks in advance for any help! 8)
I may be wrong here, but have you checked out Elle's bike? I am not sure if the bars are from Cobra or not....but at least you will get a general idea. :)
