Hey I just thought id tell you guys about my personal experience with cobra customer service. I was having a hesitation with my bike after the cobra dragsters, cobra powerpro and hypercharger intake. I called customer seervice got directed to their tech line answered a few questions pertaining to the issue, got a phone call back within 24hrs and spoke with an engineering tech (Phillip). He informed me mine wasnt the only one with this issue and that he would write up a new program and ship it out to me monday. Thats service in my book.
