Hey I just thought id tell you guys about my personal experience with cobra customer service. I was having a hesitation with my bike after the cobra dragsters, cobra powerpro and hypercharger intake. I called customer seervice got directed to their tech line answered a few questions pertaining to the issue, got a phone call back within 24hrs and spoke with an engineering tech (Phillip). He informed me mine wasnt the only one with this issue and that he would write up a new program and ship it out to me monday. Thats service in my book.

Yea their customer service is # 1. There is another thread around here praising them when the auto fuel processor first came out and it was giving everyone that bought them a warning error, they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of and quickly. Alot of people on this forum have bought their products because of that including me. It's a Win Win for everyone.

When you say Powerpro,,,,do you mean the Fi2000R CVT? If so how does one get the
firmware/software upgrade onto the unit? I'm perplexed....or it could just be the long
day.

yea its the cvt from what I understood he is sending out a whole new unit with a different baseline and upped fuel ratio in the areas that needed it as long as its within range the cvt

Got the new unit in and installed and still have the same problem only different if that makes since. Between speaking with the guys at Cobra and their tech guys and goin through their troubleshooting ideas I think we have all narrowed it down between the intake Im using, Ive used the LandM intake as well as the kurygan I have installed now and still have basically the same problem. We are gonna try their intake and if thats what the problem turns out to be ill add another post about it, anyway just thought id fill you guys in.

So does everyone agree that the Cobra slip on's are the best for this type of bike??

The slip-on is great. So are the other options.
