As part of my body work, following getting hit, I have to replace my exhaust. I have been looking at all the different options, and I think I've at least narrowed it down to the Cobras (since V&H doesn't make the slash staggered in chrome).

My question is this. Aside from the length of the bottom pipe and the cut of the rear tip, what is the difference between the Cobra Dragsters and Speedster Slashdowns? $100+ difference tells me there's something, but I can't seem to find it.

I believe the Cobra Speedsters (both swepts and slashdowns) have a cross-over that connects the two pipes and makes for more even back pressure between both cylinders. The Dragsters on the other hand, are true dual.

I may be wrong about this though...

Must have read right past that....more than once. Goes to show what a fresh pair of eyes will do for you. I am assuming the crossover leads to freer air flow and a little more power over the 2 into 2?
