I have been riding for many years. I have never mod'd my own bike before. I either rode them stock or bought them the way I wanted them. I was going to purchase the Cobra Fi2000. There are 3 different ones. Which one is the correct one. Fi2000R, Fi2000R 02 or Fi2000 Power pro. Big price difference. The only engine mods im making are Cobra Sweept exhaust and i want to change my air intake to something that looks better than OEM. Please advice guys

In my option, there is no correct one for you. Just different fuel management systems that perform differently, but in the end do the same job. Of course manufactures and forum members will disagree, because they either want to sell their device or we all are convinced we made the right purchase. The cost varies according to the ease and use of the device. The most expensive is plug and ride and the others will require some programing by yourself. The programing is simple and the numbers are provided to you. If you have any fear of programing, go the expensive route. If you don't, save yourself a little money and buy one of the others. There are also some devices that have you bring them in to be dino'd by a tec. There are other programers out there by different companies that work very well also, so unless your convinced Cobra is for you, shop around. No matter what device you buy in the end you will hear " greatest device and gee I'm having problems with this device". Just don't make your expectations of this device to large and you won't be disappointed. Good Luck and welcome.

Welcome Strykrjoe. I am not trying to sell you anything and I am convinced I made the right choice for me, but might not be for you. The Vance & Hines Fuel Pak is probably all you need but will need programming which should not be hard. Lots of help available from Manufacturer and from Forum Members here. I bought the Cobra Autotune and just Love it for all the changes I keep making it keeps up with them automatically and is also one of the Highest priced option. It's my option to have this opinion. Take care and enjoy the bike and this forum. Both very much fun!!

Hello, So im looking at the Fi2000 PowrPro Tuner are there any sales or deals going on either on the web or through this forum?

My other question is that there is another fuel tuner by Dynojet i believe, is anyone using this fuel tuner or have heard anything about it.

This is my build plans:

V&H or Cobra exhaust (Leaning towards V&H's)
PCS lowering kit
A fuel tuner -- wants i get some more info on it
Flash 2 Pass garage door opener
Hypercharger or Cobra pro flow air filter
240 Avon tire

Any help would be great
