I just installed the cobra intake and was a bit concerned about it sucking water in the rain. If it does then how can we avoid that?

I'm pretty sure it will be fine. It would need to be a complete downpoor. The guys with the spike air intakes all seem to be fine.

I have not been caught in a complete sky is falling downpoor but I have been in pretty hard rain and mine was fine.. I think it would have to rain so hard you could not see before it would start sucking water in.

I've always ran 50/50 water/methanol injection on my turbo cars so the other thread makes sense.

when i was going down to the Stryker rally in Maggie Valley, I went threw a 4 hours of rain, from drizzle to outright downpours.... and it ran like a champ... except when we had to slow down for construction... and sat idling... it wanted to die on me a wee bit.... otherwise tho... it was just fine.
