Sound is very personal....................what I like you may hate. What I think is throaty, you think as obnoxious. Best to visit a bike night and listen to different pipes. There are plenty of videos out there on You tube for any pipes you may think you want.

I saw that awhile back looking for an exhaust. To me I figured it would fit. Knowing its all metric. Hole adaptation should be the same and screws. The location of the pipes attaching to the engine looks very close to where ours is. But the only thing that got me is the size in width of our engine compared to the 1100's. I would hate for everything to fit perfect then the pipe isn't wide enough to wrap around the engine. A lot cheaper and nicer than the V&H Big I was looking at in buying..

The biggest deal breaker between the two has been form or function. The Vance & Hines looks soo much better but its a lot closer to your leg (from what they say). I have the Cobra and love them.

I have always bought cobra for other bikes and decided my first mod would be an exhaust system. I found the cobra swepts and V&H 2 into 2 as my ideal choices. The final choice was made when I saw dyno results and heard each in person. It is just a preference but V&H sound is unmatched though they are close to leg they also play a note that makes me reminisce of sounds that I have enjoyed almost as much.
