Cobra Powrpro u.s. only? Would it work on Canadian bike?

I assume most of u.s products except for California have pretty much the same setting has we do back in Canada but I still wonder if I should try the Cobra Powrpro ? Any though on that since it's clearly stated on Cobra website.
