Cobra Powrpro u.s. only? Would it work on Canadian bike?

I assume most of u.s products except for California have pretty much the same setting has we do back in Canada but I still wonder if I should try the Cobra Powrpro ? Any though on that since it's clearly stated on Cobra website.

I am canadian also ... I am pretty sure they just put that disclaimer because they tested it on the US version of the bike (and the California one). I would not be afraid AT ALL to put this on the canadian model. I would bet my mother that it is exactly the same bike.
