No- It comes with its own bracket and bolts. OEM bracket is totally different and heavy. Echo

does the bracket/bolt come with the exhaust as a kit or is it sold seperately?

Just put my cobra 4inch slip on my stryker.Best money I have spent .Sounds GREAT

The slip on uses it's own bracket and hardware that comes with it. The sound is wayyyy better than stock!! I had the slip on before I went with the full swepts
