Yes, good/decent for what it is and yes...
Many threads on this. Search, crack a few beers and read...
For me it is a stop gap measure before going full system and waiting for options there to continue to increase.

I have it and love it. It's pretty loud. I would eventually like to go full exhaust though. One day.

I have my slip on baffle wrapped in fireplace rope (SmokenJoe) and a Hard Kore baffle (Strykeback) in the end. Makes it just a little less loud and somewhat lower in tone.
