Cobra Slip-on Muffler with Scalloped Tip

Does anyone use this muffler? If so what do you think? Can you get a baffle if at times you want to quieten it down?

I have my slip on baffle wrapped in fireplace rope (SmokenJoe) and a Hard Kore baffle (Strykeback) in the end. Makes it just a little less loud and somewhat lower in tone.
