Cobra Slip On Worth It?

I've checked the threads for Cobra Slip On but the sound clips aren't clear enough.
Is this slip on really quiter than our drilled pipes ?
Don't want to make the cosmetic change if the sound isn't worth it .

I don't know about that funky upside down tip...
Anyway, it looks good and hopefully has the sound I'm looking for, so I'll give it a try.

When I get mine I think I'll try turning them outward like a slashed pipe.
More sound to alert the cagers.
