I don't think I will be either from what I read. Besides I am tired of some of my friends that I ride with keep asking me if my bike is running because theirs are louder.

That will not be a problem after you get it installed. In fact it seems like it gets louder over time. FYI there is no need to loosen the front acorn nuts holding the pipes on the engine per the instructions. Not sure why Cobra has those instructions on the instruction sheet. It will mount perfect fine without you needing to break the exhaust seal and wasting your time.
