Well, doesn't seem to be any pressure washer or loocking bolt into; these are the usual methods, but seem that, inner black round gasket?, is blocked by another metallic one that looks somewhat bent. a right angle nose pliers is useful to insert it into the holes and try to move it.I know it's possible cause I've seen videos of others doing it but mine just seem way more stuck than anyone else's.
