On 9/8 i ordered the lowering kit from them they received payment so i went to their site to see how to get shipping info like a tracking number and it basically said that they don't ship but the person who does ship will send a tracking number. Well i figure 1 of 2 things happened 1 its on back order which is fine by me but at least tell me that be honest. 2 they don't send out that info anymore? Does anybody know how they work it and their time frame for shipping?

I ordered mine from their EBay listing and Greg emailed me the next day to let me know it would be a week or two as they had run out. About a week later I received an emailing letting me know they had come in but needed to be powder coated and they sent me another email 2 days later saying they were shipping them. Definitely call as this is out of the norm for them.

My experience is that they take a while to ship. I was waiting on the updated version of the foot peg extensions but it seemed like the shipping date got pushed back twice.

I must have been lucky. I received my lowering kit within a week of ordering it. No issues at all. I called them after reading stuff on here. They were very customer friendly and had good info. I would do business with them again.

Took over a week for them to ship mine. Was worth the wait.

Mine was going to ship on the 14th but I cancelled the order so thats at least one pair in stock.

I have bought 2 things from them and they never once sent me a tracking number. And took awhile to get what I ordered.

If you order om line you should always recieve a reciept and tracking , if you call in a opreder then its a different story.
